These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Musterport. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. Please read them carefully.

1. Using Musterport

You may use Musterport only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the volunteer and certification data you enter, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Accounts & organizations

Musterport is organized around agencies and organizations. Administrators are responsible for managing member access and for ensuring their members are authorized to view the volunteer information within their organization.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to the data your organization uploads. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to breach security, disrupt availability, access data belonging to other organizations, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

5. Availability & disclaimers

We work to keep Musterport reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Musterport is a coordination tool and is not a substitute for your agency's official emergency procedures or systems of record.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musterport and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify administrators. Continued use of Musterport after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
