What happens after the beta
We want to be upfront so you can adopt Musterport with confidence. Here's the plan.
Volunteers stay free
Individual volunteers will always use Musterport for free. Your credential wallet is yours, at no cost — forever.
Simple plans for agencies
Agencies will eventually pay a straightforward rate based on size. No per-seat metering, no counting logins.
No surprises
We'll announce pricing well in advance, and you'll be able to export your data at any time. Nothing changes overnight.

Is it really free right now?
Yes. While Musterport is in beta, every feature is free for both volunteers and agencies. There's no credit card required and no trial countdown.
Will volunteers ever have to pay?
No. Individual volunteers use Musterport for free, permanently. Only agencies will have a paid plan after the beta, and even that starts free today.
What happens to my data if pricing changes?
You'll always be able to export your roster and certification data. We'll give clear, advance notice before any pricing takes effect — you won't be charged by surprise.
How do I share feedback or request a feature?
