Pricing questions
Do volunteers count as billable users?
No. Volunteers are tracked records, not billed seats. Pricing is based on your plan's volunteer capacity, not on how many administrators log in.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you're prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
Do you offer nonprofit or government discounts?
We do. Most volunteer emergency agencies qualify. Reach out through our support page and we'll get you set up.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You can export all of your roster and certification data at any time. If you cancel, your data remains available for export during a grace period before deletion.
